Purple Watermelon Challenges!

This website that has been created by four Essex headteachers to help families support their children at home. It includes 2 regularly updated challenges - see below.

A learning style activity for all ages which aims to engage your child (!) and incorporate awe and appreciation of the world. Basic literacy and maths skills links where appropriate.

Try and spot the International Space Station!

You can enter your location (or just zoom into Chelmsford on the map) and it will tell you the date, time and compass location of the International Space Station each day. It looks like a moving cross and a bit like a star, so look carefully!
